The hotel is conveniently situated near shops, the center of Banff, and downtown. the rooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with amenities like lotion and heating. - I loved having a balcony that overlooks the patio. - the location is fantastic and close to everything in town. - the staff was extremely friendly and polite.

We had a great experience with the modern rooms that had really comfortable beds and a nice view, being conveniently located in the heart of everything near restaurants, downtown, the river, and hiking trails.

The breakfast here was amazing! 🥞🍳 And it's so convenient that the parking is right here. The pool area is really nice too. The location is just perfect, close to downtown, only a block away from the river, and there's even an IPA and liquor store nearby. It's all so comfortable and convenient.

We enjoyed our one-day stay at this modern and high-quality hotel with our family and would recommend it.

The staff at the reception desk were super friendly and incredibly nice. the hotel had a great location near the mountains, village, restaurants, and shops. the Maple Leaf restaurant was just a 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I had an electric kettle and a fridge. The location was absolutely perfect and incredibly comfortable - ease of access to Bow River Trail. It was also next to all the shops, and pathway.

The setting is unbeatable and perfectly comfortable, not far from all the stores and restaurants, the mountains and village and downtown and river, very very nice area. Overall outstanding food, plus there is Bear Street Tavern close by.
